Julian built LB Facility Solutions on hands-on experience in facility operations, maintenance, and construction. He remains involved in projects, working with property contacts and crews to set priorities, resolve issues, and see the work through.
That involvement connects the client’s priorities with what happens on site—from agreeing on a scope and coordinating access to reviewing the finished work.
